The system is designed to help move valuable online traffic the Chamber receives over to the member's businesses.

Members receive monthly marketing reports which report on the program status.
The Chamber Social Network� ("CSN") IS THE NETWORK MEMBERS WILL USE, but is NOT a REPLACEMENT for using Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter to promote the Chamber of Commerce, membership and its events (we automate that broadcasting for you too).
The combination of the CSN with traditional networks allows for easy launch, updates and management for even the smallest Chambers with limited time and staff resources.

What Is It?
The Chamber Social Network (�CSN�) is designed specifically for Chambers of Commerce that�s easy to launch and manage for staff. It offers incentives to members, does not require membership in an outside social network like facebook, but leverages facebook a great deal to lead people into joining the Chamber and keeps non-members out of your network; however they can view the network, but not participate in any lead generation or network-wide broadcasts without membership.
The network focuses on returning significant value to members through its �Pass-A-Lead� technology. Additionally its ability to connect members to other Chamber Members throughout the country, who may run the same kind of business, is a real advantage to the member.
The network even supports the creation of projects and committees (segmentation) so that you can communicate to a �micro level� if that is what you need to do.

Social Networking is so important going forward to the success of Chambers and its members, that an entirely new way to service your members and automate processes at your Chamber may need to be considered. We believe that a Chamber Operating System needs to be very flexible, non-proprietary, completely online, easily backed up by the customer instantly in a non-proprietary format, capable of automating everything, and broadcast through social networks and be supported with USA based telephone training and support at no additional cost.

In addition, changes made within the network may be sent out automatically through your facebook account to help lead people into Chamber membership, but not require a �Friend Connect� which would cause more work for the Chamber. Additionally, any updates to the membership directory, events, news stories, and press releases are all sent through the Chamber Social Network, facebook and even twitter all automatically. This will assure that your Chamber is broadcasting throughout the social media channels while maintaining rhyme and reason about the Chamber time all of this can consume.

The Chamber is the most trusted source for local information and services so it�s important for Chambers to leverage this prestigious position to retain and grow membership.
The Chamber Social Network is tightly integrated into the Chamber�s and member websites and offers visitors and members the option to submit a request for proposal (RFP) or a request for information (RFI) from the network of trusted Chamber of Commerce members. The technology helps the person submitting needs determine which members should be notified of a new lead they receive through the Chamber Social Network (�CSN�).
When the person who submits the request receives their responses from the member(s), email notifications include a link to the recipient explaining the value of membership within the Chamber of Commerce. Just another way we are leveraging the network and its inter-actions to help grow membership, retain and support your members.
